About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct surveillance inspections of factories to ensure products remain in compliance with granted certification conditions
- Follow up with factories to restore certification compliance when a non-approved variance is found
- Support department objectives and company goals
- Communicate professionally with customers according to customer service standards
- Perform duties in a timely, accurate, honest, and professional manner
- Follow manager directives and other duties assigned by management
- Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed
- Travel extensively while working remotely and from assigned locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two-year college degree or four-year college degree related to STEM
- Knowledge of electronics
- Certification in Electronics, ideal but not required
- Willing to travel; position requires 90%–100% travel
- Able to rent a car
- Willing to work overtime and remotely
- Cannot be on any no-fly list
- Clean driver record
- Have a passport or be able to get a passport
- US resident
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Receptive to and accepting guidance from others
- Ability to deal with difficult people and problems
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Able to work in a diverse group of people
