About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map how marketing data flows across systems, identifying structural gaps, duplication and breakpoints
  • Recommend improvements to how data is structured and connected across systems
  • Partner with technical and platform teams to implement agreed data structure and integration changes
  • Lead the effort to get Euromonitor's market and consumer data from the Passport platform into marketing communications and content
  • Build and maintain reporting, including Power BI, for marketing leadership
  • Identify trends, opportunities and risks using large cross-system datasets
  • Use AI tools to speed up data analysis, reporting production and pattern identification
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Report into senior marketing leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years' experience in a data analyst, marketing analytics or similar role, including experience working with data across more than one system
  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets, including navigating structural gaps and inconsistencies
  • Strong reporting skills, including Power BI or an equivalent BI tool
  • Comfortable working alongside technical and platform teams and understanding at a working level how systems are built and how data flows between them
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing is preferred but not required
  • Confident presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Some experience working with AI, whether in a professional role or through personal projects
  • Fluent English
