About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with drafting employment contracts and amendments
  • Manage and update employees’ administrative records
  • Update HR reports and tracking dashboards
  • Support the monitoring of leave, absences, and sick leave
  • Assist with organizing and monitoring occupational health appointments
  • Support the administration of health insurance and employee benefits plans

  • Prepare and draft various HR administrative correspondence
  • Assist with monitoring work-related accident cases
  • Contribute to the preparation of HR metrics and statistics
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on a variety of topics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (third year) or a Master’s degree (first or second year) in Human Resources
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas are a plus)
  • Intermediate English proficiency (equivalent to B1) would be an advantage for working in our international environment
