About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the operating cadence, including planning, company goals and metrics, board and investor materials, and written decisions
  • Participate in customer, partner, and GPU cloud conversations with the CEO and run them independently when needed
  • Carry customer and partner conversations through to outcomes
  • Step into unstaffed functional areas such as sales or marketing and build repeatable processes for future hires
  • Own contracts and the legal path, acting as the internal counterpart to outside counsel
  • Carry deals through procurement and security review
  • Drive ambiguous cross-functional projects such as pricing, partner programs, and initial go-to-market hiring to decisions
  • Hand off projects or hire for them while complementing the business operations function
  • Build functions that may eventually become independently led

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of high-ownership work in Chief of Staff, business operations, strategy and operations, early go-to-market at a startup, consulting, banking, or VC followed by an operating role
  • Broad operating range across planning, metrics, contracts, vendors, and hiring
  • Comfortable reading an MSA, working with outside counsel, and participating in customer or partner calls
  • Clear writing and clear thinking; able to produce memos and decks suitable for sending as-is
  • Technically literate enough to follow engineering work and explain it to customers; coding is not required
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, developer tools, AI infrastructure, or the GPU cloud ecosystem is nice to have
  • Exposure to Physical AI, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or ADAS is nice to have
  • Experience commercializing open source, developer marketing, launches, or events is nice to have
  • Enterprise procurement and security review experience, or experience helping run a Series A or B raise, is nice to have
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field is nice to have
  • Ability to work from the San Francisco office 4 days per week
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States and disclose whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
