About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff, Go-To-Market
  • Manage both executives' calendars and scheduling end to end
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and protect preparation time before major client meetings
  • Coordinate directly with chiefs of staff and partner law firms to book client and prospect meetings
  • Hold scheduling parameters and develop creative solutions
  • Capture next steps from leadership and client calls
  • Follow up with owners on commitments and report status proactively
  • Read urgency correctly and respond quickly, especially via text and phone
  • Book flights, hotels, conference space, boot camps, and team gatherings accurately
  • Use and improve AI tools, preference documentation, calendars, and internal systems
  • Take on additional business-driven responsibilities as needed
  • Gain exposure to client strategy and the company's revenue organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two or more years as an executive assistant, sales development representative, business development representative, sales or account coordinator, events coordinator, or in a comparable client-facing operations role
  • Ability to distinguish urgent requests requiring an answer in ten minutes from requests that can wait
  • Precision with details and judgment
  • Ability to anticipate needs and provide answers, recommendations, or resolved problems
  • Comfort working over text and phone
  • Responsiveness during business hours and availability for occasional urgent weekend tasks
  • Ability to communicate professionally with managing partners' assistants or firm executives
  • Interest in understanding how deals get done and the company's clients
  • Substantial overlap with US Eastern hours
  • Remote work eligibility in the United States
