About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the operational framework across Sales, including workflows, processes, performance management, reporting, and cross-functional handoffs
  • Identify opportunities to improve how teams operate and move work through the funnel
  • Map day-to-day workflows, identify process and system friction, and redesign broken workflows
  • Translate desired-state processes into clear requirements for GTM Systems and operational partners
  • Define core metrics and reporting frameworks for managing Sales performance
  • Build and improve dashboards, scorecards, and inspection mechanisms covering productivity, pipeline, conversion, and workflow adoption
  • Establish standards for data quality, process adherence, documentation, and operational health
  • Partner with GTM Systems and Revenue Operations to ensure Salesforce and other GTM systems support business operations
  • Serve as a strategic operational partner to Sales leadership
  • Translate business goals and performance data into actionable insights regarding performance, capacity, pipeline, and process
  • Own the operational side of changes to processes, systems, pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategy
  • Partner across teams to implement changes effectively and drive field adoption
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve onboarding, training, workflows, and ramp experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, SDR/BDR Operations, or a related GTM operations function
  • Ideally experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of Sales workflows and operating rhythms, including pipeline generation, lead management, qualification, routing, handoffs, forecasting, productivity, and funnel conversion
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems
  • Ability to connect business requirements, workflows, data, and systems
  • Ability to identify system gaps and translate solutions into clear requirements for technical partners
  • Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of data quality, process consistency, and operational health
  • Track record of redesigning inefficient processes and driving adoption of new workflows, systems, or ways of working
  • Comfortable leading onboarding, training, or enablement programs when needed
