About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and month-end close
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with US GAAP
Oversee invoice data entry, coding, processing, and disbursement controls
Manage and develop the accounting team, set priorities, review work, and drive performance
Automate manual processes and improve accounting efficiency using finance software
Optimize the NetSuite ERP system and support implementation of a close management tool
Partner with cross-functional teams to accurately track expenses, follow processes, and meet deadlines
Support foreign subsidiaries, intercompany activity, and consolidations
Maintain accurate, complete, audit-ready, and well-documented financial records

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and month-end close
Experience with international accounting, consolidations, or cross-border operations preferred
2+ years of people management experience with direct oversight of accounting staff
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
CPA preferred
Comfortable navigating modern finance systems and quickly learning and optimizing new tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
