About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and improve core SalonBiz products across Angular, JavaScript and PL/SQL, with a stronger frontend focus
Deliver high-quality, secure software while balancing new features, bug fixes and technical improvements
Work in an agile, iterative way, breaking larger initiatives into smaller releases and experiments
Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including release pipelines, monitoring, feature flagging and deployments
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Product Design and QA
Contribute to technical planning and continuously improve software delivery practices
Participate in the on-call rotation when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years’ software engineering experience working in agile teams
Strong hands-on Angular and JavaScript experience; Angular is essential
Strong understanding of agile, DevOps and modern delivery practices, including iterative delivery, feature flagging and partial deployments
Collaborative approach to working across Product and Engineering
Strong communication skills and ability to make technical concepts easy to understand
Experience with collaborative programming, coaching and mentoring other engineers
Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks is a bonus
Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States
