About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the growth marketing strategy and customer acquisition plan for the assigned business
  • Translate revenue and new-customer goals into funnel targets, channel strategies, campaigns, and growth initiatives
  • Develop deep understanding of the business, market, ICP, customer buying journey, competitive landscape, and sales motion
  • Assess acquisition-engine health and identify high-impact opportunities, gaps, and risks
  • Build quarterly and annual growth plans based on performance, market dynamics, channel capacity, and business priorities
  • Own marketing performance across lead generation, MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion, customer acquisition, and marketing efficiency
  • Analyze funnel and channel performance to identify trends, bottlenecks, quality issues, and optimization opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and Sales on attribution, lead quality, scoring, routing, reporting, and funnel visibility
  • Establish forecasts and performance expectations and communicate risks or gaps
  • Develop integrated campaigns spanning audience, messaging, content, channels, conversion experiences, nurture, and Sales activation
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate customer insights and product value into acquisition strategies
  • Test audiences, messages, offers, channels, and conversion experiences for scalable growth
  • Serve as primary marketing partner for business and Sales leadership
  • Orchestrate specialists across Paid Media, Marketing Automation, Content, SEO/AEO, Creative, Product Marketing, Events, Partnerships, ABM, and Marketing Operations
  • Partner with Sales on pipeline needs, lead quality, account strategy, prospect engagement, and campaign activation
  • Influence priorities and drive accountability across teams without directly managing all executors
  • Identify, prioritize, and test new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, offers, messaging, landing experiences, lifecycle programs, partnerships, and emerging platforms
  • Evaluate experiments for near-term performance and scalability
  • Document learnings and continuously improve strategy and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing discipline
  • Demonstrated experience owning customer acquisition, pipeline, or revenue-related marketing goals
  • Strong understanding of the B2B funnel and how marketing channels work together across the customer journey
  • Experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights and actions
  • Experience working with paid media, lifecycle/email marketing, content, SEO, conversion optimization, events, partnerships, and/or account-based marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and funnel reporting
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining close enough to execution to move work forward
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate strategy, performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders
  • A bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Nice to have: Experience marketing SaaS or technology products to SMB or mid-market customers
  • Nice to have: Experience working within a portfolio or multi-brand organization
  • Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Nice to have: Experience building or diversifying an acquisition engine beyond paid search and traditional demand generation
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with ABM, product-led growth, partnerships, referral programs, AEO/GEO, and emerging acquisition channels
  • Nice to have: Experience working in home services, field services, construction, remodeling, or adjacent industries
