About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the vision and roadmap for shared platform systems
Treat squads, marketers, and analysts who rely on platform systems as customers
Prioritize platform work with the rigor of customer-facing teams
Translate platform and technical-debt work into clear trade-offs based on customer, capacity, and revenue impact
Own subscription management across the App Store, Google Play, and web
Own email deliverability for invoices and receipts
Own event collection, data orchestration, and the customer data platform
Ensure Data, Growth, and Lifecycle Marketing use clean, consistent, privacy-safe customer data
Own platform reliability and security, measured by uptime, crash rates, app speed, and release health
Own versioning across iOS, Android, web, and APIs, including support for older app versions
Modernize the development lifecycle using AI in coding, testing, code review, and release
Improve CI/CD and developer experience and measure cycle-time and quality gains
Define shared capabilities needed for trusted AI experiences
Partner with the engineering lead and software, DevOps, and data engineers
Coordinate with other squads and shared EverPro platform teams
Prototype with AI and deliver commitments
Report to the Head of Product, Invoice Simple

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technically fluent, AI-native product manager
Experience owning shared platform systems, subscriptions, data, security, reliability, and developer experience
Ability to prioritize platform and technical-debt work using customer, capacity, and revenue impact
Experience with subscription management across the App Store, Google Play, and web, including plans, billing, entitlements, and pricing experimentation tools
Experience with email deliverability
Experience with event collection, data orchestration, and customer data platforms
Knowledge of platform reliability and security, including uptime, crash rates, app speed, and release health
Experience with versioning across iOS, Android, web, and APIs, including support for older app versions
Experience modernizing development lifecycles with AI in coding, testing, code review, and release
Experience improving CI/CD and developer experience
Ability to define AI capabilities including business context, secure data access, and safe customer actions
Ability to prototype with AI
Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in Canada
Ability to travel to Denver, Colorado, or other office locations around North America
