About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to solutions from inception to deployment
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for web client-side applications
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Participate actively in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback
Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to address and mitigate them
Document work thoughtfully to share knowledge with teammates
Pick up an existing codebase, understand its patterns, and begin contributing meaningful work quickly
Potentially broaden development experience by contributing to other platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience developing frontend applications using JavaScript (ideally React)
Strong JavaScript fundamentals, including common data structures
Proficiency in semantic HTML and CSS, including preprocessors such as Sass
Experience with component libraries or UI frameworks such as Material UI
Experience with unit and component testing using tools such as Jest or React Testing Library
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering
Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned work, and deliver high-quality solutions
Experience leveraging LLM tooling like Claude or ChatGPT
Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
Experience with Redux or Redux Toolkit
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with Storybook
Familiarity with Figma
Experience with Playwright for integration and end-to-end testing
Some backend or full-stack development experience
