About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Everlab’s clinical workflows day to day, including patient requests, referrals, and follow-ups
- Design and improve clinical workflows and processes
- Identify workflow problems and build improved replacements
- Speak directly with patients, answer clinical questions, and maintain continuity of care
- Provide clinical oversight across the care team
- Support other clinicians to deliver safe, timely, consistent care
- Collaborate with care managers, nurses, doctors, product, and engineering teams
- Help scale clinical operations beyond 20,000 members
Requirements
What you’ll need- AHPRA general registration
- Current or obtainable medical indemnity insurance
- Availability 3 to 5 days per week
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, take on multiple workflows, and improve them collaboratively
- Organised and confident owning details
- Comfortable working remotely in a telehealth environment, on video, and across digital health platforms
- Previous health tech company or AI tools experience, preventative/lifestyle/longevity medicine background are nice to have
