About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing
Build automated test scripts for APIs, UI workflows, data pipelines, and AI agent interactions
Integrate automated tests into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build CI/CD pipelines
Ensure test coverage for platform functionality and partner integrations including Veeva Vault and Vertex AI
Develop and execute feature, enhancement, bug-fix, regression, compliance, and validation test cases
Evaluate AI output quality for accuracy, hallucination, tone, and compliance alignment
Oversee integration testing for platform connectors and data flows
Develop synthetic test environments and mock APIs
Validate ETL pipelines, analytics dashboards, and data accuracy
Track and report latency, failure rate, and API response-time metrics
Identify, prioritize, and track defects in Jira
Collaborate on bug verification and root cause analysis
Lead post-release validation and QA retrospectives
Maintain test documentation, validation reports, evidence logs, dashboards, and reporting templates
Support audit readiness and requirement-to-release traceability
Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in QA automation or software testing
3+ years of experience in a lead or senior role
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or .Net for test automation scripting
Experience with PyTest and Selenium
Strong understanding of API testing with Postman
Data validation experience with SQL, Snowflake, and BigQuery
Experience testing integrated SaaS systems in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud
Familiarity with CI/CD and continuous testing practices
Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
