About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute compelling creative with an art partner, Creative Director, and other team members
  • Own the brand voice and narrative for internal and external teams
  • Lead and contribute to concept and copy development across projects of varying complexity and scope
  • Multitask and delegate to manage projects seamlessly
  • Generate ideas that advance brand objectives
  • Liaise between senior creative and cross-functional team members
  • Deliver work meeting strategic, business, and creative expectations
  • Present and sell work externally while fostering strong client relationships
  • Provide career-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the copy team
  • Participate in new business as a conceptor and writer of pitch-winning ideas
  • Demonstrate inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
  • At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field
  • Experience writing for both HCP and DTC audiences
  • Rare disease experience is a plus
  • AOR experience is preferred
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and delegate as appropriate
  • Ability to collaborate with senior creative and cross-functional team members
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Work authorization/hiring eligibility in select U.S. locations
