About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and coordinate vendor meetings
  • Learn and participate in the media planning process
  • Use media research tools including Comscore, Kantar, and MRI after training
  • Compile research data and assist with monthly competitive analysis slides
  • Assist with the RFP process and evaluate proposals alongside the media planner
  • Manage campaign authorizations and collect NDAs and W9s
  • Work with the Media Planner to create insertion orders and manage vendor countersigning
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Coordinate online creative trafficking with the Advertising Operations team and create traffic sheets
  • Learn the optimization process and pull reports
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0–2 years of experience in media planning and buying digital media
  • Detail-oriented with strong math aptitude
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office — PowerPoint, Excel and Word
