About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead defined analyses and project workstreams across research, data analysis, financial modeling, pricing, and market access
Translate data, research, and market insights into clear client-ready deliverables
Support strategic decision-making through evidence-based recommendations
Coordinate with colleagues and track project progress
Support day-to-day project execution and communication with client counterparts
Contribute to proposals and knowledge assets
Develop expertise in pricing, reimbursement, access, and life sciences
Work on launch sequencing and pricing for ATMPs and orphan drugs
Support indication-expansion planning, loss-of-exclusivity strategy, forecasting, and asset due diligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Market Access & Pricing, management consulting, or a highly analytical pharma role
Strong analytical and quantitative foundation
Ability to structure complex problems and turn evidence into clear business implications
Genuine ambition to grow into a Global Market Access & Pricing expert
Local market expertise or broader global exposure
Clear career trajectory showing increasing responsibility, learning agility, and potential to create value for clients
Fluency in English
Curiosity about AI-enabled and proprietary analytical tools
Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint
Global and local MA&P experience, US market exposure, or a PhD/equivalent degree would be a plus
One additional local language would be a plus
