About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide project management support to implement project plan activities in systems and tools
  • Ensure activities follow health, safety, regulatory standards, and SOPs
  • Coordinate communication with team members, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project files, tracking systems, and records
  • Oversee onboarding activities, including roster management and project setup in Concur and Salesforce
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding tracking tasks for project teams
  • Support cross-functional tasks involving CRM, incentive compensation, data, and reporting
  • Coordinate communication with internal workstreams regarding project strategies and milestones
  • Attend internal and external project calls
  • Evaluate business opportunities and remove organizational barriers
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts on operational execution
  • Participate in status review and formal project review meetings
  • Work with the Client Engagement Director to resolve issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues with recommended mitigation strategies
  • Manage administrative needs and project interdependencies
  • Demonstrate inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in client services, operational management, or account manager role
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences commercial operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proficiency with SmartSheet
  • Strong aptitude for automated systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project management principles and skills
  • Strong customer service and account management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent oral and written presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
  • BA/BS degree preferred, or 3+ years of equivalent/relevant experience
  • Travel requirement of 5%
  • Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
