About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sell Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory
- Engage Health Care Professionals, Office Staff and Decision Makers in face-to-face discussions
- Promote assigned client products, maximize selling potential, and meet or exceed goals and objectives
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of products, customers, and territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers
- Educate providers about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications
- Support appropriate patient use
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS or higher from an accredited college or university
- Focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience, OR outside/field B2B sales experience, OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory
- Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments preferred
- Ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography
- Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers
- Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion
- Ability to analyze and address territory opportunities
- Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel approximately 30%, up to a 2-hour radius from the headquarter city; some overnight travel may be required
