About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with internal and external hiring managers to support sourcing and selection of talent for the Deployment Solutions business unit
- Actively source passive high-performing talent and build talent pipelines for medical and sales pharmaceutical and life science professionals, including MSL, nursing, and clinical educator roles
- Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and expectations
- Assess candidates against appropriate criteria before launching searches
- Manage recruiting processes including sourcing, selection, offer negotiations, and pre-hire onboarding with HR Operations
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Conduct phone and face-to-face/virtual interviews
- Assess candidates’ cultural fit and performance ability
- Provide follow-up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Improve attraction, screening, and selection processes
- Use new strategies and technologies while maintaining fiscal responsibility
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, HR stakeholders, and hiring managers to lead a positive end-to-end candidate experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum of two years demonstrated experience with high volume staffing/recruiting medical and sales Pharmaceutical professionals is required
- Experience with strategic sourcing, creating talent pipelines and high volume recruiting
- Experience using Smart Recruiter or other applicable Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a passive sourcing tool
- Excellent follow through, sense of urgency, ability to work on your own and be self-sufficient
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external individuals, customers, and clients
- Adaptable and flexible to change with strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Applicant Tracking Systems knowledge
- Full-time availability, at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Travel up to 10% may be required
