About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet and exceed assigned territory sales goals
- Establish working relationships with assigned Health Care Providers and Support Staff
- Communicate information on the client's neurology/epilepsy product
- Educate customers on relevant patient educational materials and programs
- Complete assigned product training and develop comprehensive disease-state and product knowledge
- Deliver core selling messages for assigned promoted products
- Meet or exceed call expectations and sales attainment goals
- Generate accurate sample and literature requests and follow up on product shipments
- Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls, product discussions, and literature requests
- Provide feedback and recommendations regarding team leadership and improvement opportunities
- Comply with company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines
- Work independently from a remote home office
- Cultivate the assigned virtual territory and remain accountable for measurable results
- Collaborate with the field specialty team to ensure product availability for patients
- Work under compensation based on overall volume/metrics and outcomes
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of sales experience in an outbound Virtual Sales role
- Experience in Neurology disease is a plus
- REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new software as needed
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to articulate why interested in this specific role
- Ability to articulate complex clinical data
- Solid and persuasive communication skills
- Aptitude and confidence to converse with physicians and all levels of medical office staff
- Stable internet connection adequate to support VoIP calls and virtual call platforms
- Familiarity with CRM applications is preferred
- Occasional travel required
