About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet and exceed assigned territory sales goals
  • Establish working relationships with assigned healthcare providers and support staff
  • Communicate information on the client’s neurology/obstructive sleep apnea product
  • Educate customers on relevant patient educational materials and programs
  • Complete advanced product training and develop comprehensive knowledge of disease state, product features, benefits, and core selling messages
  • Deliver core selling messages for assigned promoted products
  • Meet or exceed call expectations and sales attainment goals
  • Generate accurate sample and literature requests and follow up on product shipments
  • Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls, product discussions, and literature requests
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to team leadership
  • Work independently from a remote home office
  • Cultivate the assigned virtual territory and remain accountable for measurable results
  • Collaborate with the field specialty team to ensure product availability for patients
  • Support pre-launch and launch strategies through evolving responsibilities
  • Deliver unbranded educational presentations and materials and provide field insights
  • Schedule future onsite meetings, identify appropriate patient types and workflows, and share launch updates
  • Execute post-launch call-plan objectives and expand reach to high-priority healthcare provider targets
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales experience including virtual engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new software as needed; Veeva CRM experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to articulate complex clinical data
  • Solid and persuasive communication skills
  • Aptitude and confidence to converse with physicians and all levels of medical office staff
  • Stable internet connection adequate to support voice over VoIP calls and virtual call platforms
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Adherence to company, Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA), compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines
  • Eligible for hire in select U.S. locations based on business and operational considerations
