About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Record journal entries in the accounting system
- Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Support the accounting close process, ensuring the proper recording of provisions, reclassifications, and necessary adjustments within established deadlines
- Respond to internal and external audits
- Support the preparation and submission of filings such as SPED Contábil
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with accounting processes
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled in the final semester
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Protheus or SAP, is a plus
- Basic English and/or Spanish is a plus
