About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, fix, and maintain features in applications using .NET and C#
  • Analyze, investigate, and resolve bugs in existing systems
  • Create, modify, and optimize SQL procedures and queries, including INSERT, DELETE, UPDATE, and debugging
  • Collaborate with the development team to define technical solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
  • Document solutions, workflows, and changes made to the system
  • Reproduce and document bugs reported by clients and escalate them to the N3 support team for resolution
  • Provide support and maintenance for the registration, revenue collection, billing, actuarial, and regulatory compliance modules of the Scaf product within Evertec’s pension and retirement solutions business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in progress or completed
  • Knowledge of, experience with, or hands-on work involving SQL Server
  • Knowledge of, experience with, or hands-on work involving .NET and C# for debugging and fixing specific issues
  • Strong interpretation and critical analysis skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of private pension and retirement plans is a plus
