About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform accounting entries, reconciliations, and cash flow analysis, including contributions, benefits, loans, investments, and administrative expenses
Review and analyze investment portfolios, performing accounting reconciliations and calculating returns for benefit plans and the Administrative Management Plan (PGA)
Record mathematical reserves, pension funds, administrative funds, and actuarial results, supporting monthly and annual closing processes
Prepare, review, and file ancillary tax and regulatory obligations with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, including DCTFWEB, MIT, ECD, ECF, PER/DCOMP, income reports, and other applicable returns
Execute and review monthly accounting closings, ensuring data consistency and the availability of trial balances on the PREVIC Portal
Participate in preparing annual financial statements, notes to the financial statements, and other mandatory documents for EFPCs (Closed-End Pension Funds)
Support internal and external audits by providing information, analyses, and supporting documentation
Prepare budgets and MCFs, delivering technical presentations to clients
Serve as a technical reference for junior and mid-level analysts, supporting training, reviews, and team development
Assess and implement improvements to accounting, operational, and regulatory processes to increase efficiency and mitigate risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Accounting or a related field)
Practical knowledge of administrative and operational routines, including ticket logging, document analysis, request tracking, and use of internal corporate systems
Ability to interpret financial and regulatory information, particularly information related to supplementary pension products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and guide clients and colleagues clearly, objectively, and consistently
Ability to work with a diverse range of clients, demonstrating empathy, emotional resilience, diplomacy, and a solution-oriented approach, even in sensitive or complex situations
Proven experience in supplementary pension accounting
