About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the functional and systems subject-matter expert for implementation projects, including Sworks and Atomics
  • Lead end-to-end implementations: assessment, planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, and stabilization
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
  • Ensure alignment among clients, technical teams, and operations
  • Support and guide implementation, business, and technology teams
  • Serve as the focal point for functional decisions
  • Monitor and direct customizations, integrations, and fixes
  • Assess operational impacts, risks, and priorities
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and propose action plans
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes, standards, timelines, costs, and quality requirements
  • Support clients in understanding the solution and transitioning to assisted operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and the evolution of implementation processes
  • Produce and validate functional documentation, workflows, manuals, and executive reports
  • Collaborate with project management, product, development, operations, and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, including API consumption and understanding API contracts
  • Payload analysis (JSON/XML)
  • Validation of system integrations
  • Knowledge of integration architecture and system flows
  • Experience modeling and understanding BPMN processes
  • Experience with system and operational workflows
  • Understanding of information security, authentication, authorization, and access control
  • Experience with project methodologies (traditional and/or agile)
  • Ability to read and understand logs, system errors, and integration failures
  • Preparation of technical, functional, and process documentation
  • Use of tools for tracking projects, requests, and metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent completed higher education
  • Advanced SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting support (a plus)
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar (a plus)
