About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide first- and second-level support to customers, ensuring fast, high-quality incident resolution
- Identify and analyze bugs in critical systems
- Analyze logs to diagnose failures and support issue resolution
- Use monitoring tools to track system health
- Participate in and lead war rooms, proactively mitigating incidents
- Perform database queries using SQL for investigation and support
- Support technical analyses with basic programming knowledge
- Work with highly critical banking systems focused on fraud prevention, ensuring stability, availability, and rapid incident resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical systems
- Knowledge of and experience with log analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience using system monitoring tools
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Development experience in .NET or Java is a plus
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
