About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the CEO and serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Own the overall People & Culture strategy
  • Lead enterprise-wide culture transformation initiatives
  • Advise and coach senior leaders on talent strategy and change management
  • Design and facilitate the Senior Leadership Team operating cadence, executive communications, strategic planning cycles, and decision-making frameworks
  • Lead and mentor an agile People & Culture team
  • Establish P&C metrics and dashboards tracking talent health, turnover, and strategic milestones
  • Lead organizational design initiatives involving reporting structures, spans of control, and role clarity
  • Own engagement surveys and listening sessions and translate insights into leadership strategy
  • Drive performance management, calibration, and frontline manager enablement
  • Govern compensation philosophy, benchmarking, salary banding, and pay equity initiatives
  • Oversee benefits strategy, payroll partnerships, and HRIS data infrastructure
  • Ensure employment law compliance and risk mitigation across operating jurisdictions
  • Direct employee relations investigations and establish resolution standards
  • Maintain company policies, handbooks, leave protocols, and job classifications
  • Lead human capital due diligence for acquisitions
  • Design and execute post-acquisition P&C integration plans, including culture, total rewards, and talent retention

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years leading a P&C/HR function
  • Track record of driving large-scale culture change, organizational design shifts, and manager enablement programs that improve engagement and performance
  • Deep understanding of compensation architecture, executive compensation, and multi-jurisdiction labor compliance/employment law
  • Ability to analyze organizational structure and use HR metrics/dashboards for executive decision-making
  • Experience building, mentoring, and leading a lean, agile P&C team
  • Ability to translate corporate strategy into practical people priorities and measurable business outcomes
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and credibility to coach executives and resolve complex employee relations matters
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, rapid scaling, restructures, and integration phases
  • Experience owning senior leadership team operating rhythms, meeting cadences, goal-setting cycles, and cross-functional follow-through
  • Hands-on experience leading human capital due diligence and post-merger integration, including compensation/benefits harmonization, culture integration, and talent retention strategies
