Develop and maintain high-quality software components using modern languages such as C++20/23 and Rust
Use AI coding assistants and agents in daily development work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent proficiency in C++ or Rust; experience with both preferred
Fluent English skills in writing and speaking
Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and modern development tools
Hands-on experience with agentic AI in software development, including AI coding assistants and agents such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor
Experience with prompt and context engineering
Experience with AI-supported code review and testing
Ability to critically assess AI-generated C++ and Rust code for correctness, security, and performance, including memory safety, concurrency, and undefined behaviour
Nice to have: experience building agentic workflows or tooling, including LLM APIs, tool calling, MCP, and multi-agent patterns
Nice to have: experience integrating agentic workflows or tooling into CI/CD pipelines
Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development for application software or large-scale professional systems
Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and FDD
Familiarity with CI/CD practices
Open-minded and adaptable, with a solution-oriented mindset and readiness to embrace changing technologies, AI-driven ways of working, and market demands
Constructive team player who values collaboration and proposes thoughtful, actionable solutions
