Key responsibilities & impact

Create unique value propositions by ensuring AI services are impactful and relevant
Upskill the capability of systematic AI adoption across the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and identify, assess and prioritize AI use cases
Implement and deliver new AI services successfully
Turn business needs into practical AI solutions for finance, HR, sales, service, legal and quality assurance teams
Own solutions from initial request through development and delivery
Work directly with stakeholders and external partners
Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business teams
Design, build and scale AI services, including large language model and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) solutions
Deliver working solutions at pace and integrate them into business processes
Guide external development partners and explain technical choices to stakeholders at all levels
Help teams adopt AI and share effective practices across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions independently
Practical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic’s Claude suite
Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, RAG and data engineering practices
Clear communication, sound judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities
A relevant master’s degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting
