Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
  • Structured, careful, and service-oriented approach to work
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1)
  • Good English language skills (at least B2)
  • Initial experience with the Workday ERP system would be an advantage
  • Experience handling customer inquiries and a good understanding of customer service would be an advantage
