About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing comprehensive consulting to customers on all aspects of Microsoft 365
- Planning, implementing, and optimizing M365 solutions
- Supporting migration and implementation projects
- Developing governance, permissions, and operational concepts
- Creating technical designs, documentation, and effort estimates, including for tenders
- Conducting workshops and training sessions
- Providing operational support
- Supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle—from requirements analysis, design, and implementation through training, operations, and handover to support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience, a degree, or vocational training in IT
- Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Experience with M365 migration or implementation projects
- Knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Management
- Experience in administration and IT support
- Structured and independent approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- German at C2 level, both written and spoken
- English at least at B2 level
- Ideally, Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, or SC-300
- Ideally, knowledge of M365 Security & Compliance, such as Entra, Conditional Access, and Purview
