About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive consulting to customers on all aspects of Microsoft 365
- Plan, implement, and optimize M365 solutions
- Support migration and implementation projects
- Develop governance, permissions, and operations concepts
- Create technical concepts, documentation, and effort estimates, including for tender processes
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Provide operational support
- Support customers throughout the entire process—from requirements analysis, conceptual design, and implementation through training, operations, and handover to support
- Assist with tender processes and effort estimates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience, degree, or vocational training in IT
- Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies: Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Experience with M365 migration or implementation projects
- Knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Management
- Experience in administration and IT support
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- German proficiency at C2 level, both written and spoken
- English proficiency at least at B2 level
- MS certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, or SC-300 are a plus
- Knowledge of M365 Security & Compliance, e.g., Entra, Conditional Access, and Purview, is a plus
