About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive consulting to customers on all aspects of Microsoft 365
- Plan, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions
- Support migration and implementation projects
- Develop governance, access rights, and operations concepts
- Create technical designs, documentation, and effort estimates, including for tenders
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Provide operational support
- Support customers throughout the entire process, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation, training, operations, and handover to support
- Support tender processes and effort estimation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience, a university degree, or vocational training in IT
- Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
- Knowledge of collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration or implementation projects
- Knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Management
- Experience in administration and IT support
- Structured and independent approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- German language proficiency at C2 level, both written and spoken
- English language proficiency at least at B2 level
- MS certifications are an advantage, such as MS-102, MD-102, or SC-300
- Knowledge of M365 Security & Compliance is an advantage, such as Entra, Conditional Access, and Purview
