About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product roadmap from signed agreement to a live, bookable listing
  • Drive activation rate, time to live, and 180-day retained activations
  • Identify where owners stall across property setup, photo scheduling, permits, rates, and multi-property onboarding
  • Ship product changes that reduce manual onboarding steps through self-serve setup, automated scheduling, and reminders
  • Run experiments end to end, including hypothesis development, scoping, measurement, and decision-making
  • Own activation instrumentation with analytics and measure signup-to-live steps by cohort
  • Partner with Onboarding and Operations to improve the underlying system rather than adding manual work
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing on the onboarding journey and with the Funnel Conversion PM on the signup handoff
  • Interview single-property and portfolio owners and translate findings into product decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time owning onboarding, activation, or time-to-value
  • Experience in a two-sided marketplace or operations-heavy business, ideally on the supply or seller side
  • Track record of moving activation, conversion, or early retention metrics, with experiments to demonstrate it
  • Experience partnering with operations or field teams to automate manual processes
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude
  • Ability to build funnels and cohorts independently
  • Comfortable working at the specification level with engineers
  • Ability to take products from discovery through launch and iteration
  • AI-native working style using tools such as Claude or Cursor for specs, research synthesis, and analysis
  • Nice to have: experience with compliance-heavy or regulated onboarding, vacation rental, real estate, hospitality, property management, and multi-property or business customers
