About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts in the landscape and construction sectors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of account management or outside sales experience (landscape supply or construction materials preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of landscape products (mulch, stone, irrigation, hardscape, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong communicator and team motivator
  • Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-oriented
  • Passionate about the green industry and outdoor environments
  • Experience in wholesale distribution or supply chain coordination
