About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the technical side of Oracle EPM Cloud implementation, consolidating from Oracle Fusion GL to Oracle FCCS
- Maintain and administer the system after go-live
- Partner closely with the Finance team and participate in the ongoing implementation
- Build and maintain automated loads from source ERP/GL ledgers into EPM using Data Management/Data Integration
- Handle mappings, load rules, scheduling, and error handling
- Maintain entity, account, and intercompany dimensions, including hierarchy changes
- Coordinate with Finance on chart of accounts mapping
- Administer EPM Cloud Dev/Test and Prod instances
- Perform patch and monthly update testing, environment migrations, backups, and snapshots
- Set up users, roles, segregation of duties, and SSO/identity integration
- Support audit and SOX-type access reviews, including periodic user recertification
- Monitor the consolidation cycle during month-end
- Schedule jobs, manage mapping changes, and troubleshoot load failures
- Participate in design workshops, build and run test scripts, support UAT and cutover, and write technical documentation and runbooks
- Provide first-line technical support for Finance users
- Manage relationships with Oracle and the implementation partner
- Support Finance teams with creating financial reports and dashboards in Oracle FCCS
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in IT or finance systems
- Hands-on Oracle FCCS experience
- Solid grasp of consolidation concepts, including currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and ownership changes
- Experience with data integration using EPM Data Exchange
- Experience with pipeline creation
- Comfortable with security and controls in a finance setting
- Successful applicants must undergo background screening
