About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform assigned front-line, day-to-day work
- Provide training on department tasks to new hires, cross trainees, and existing team members requiring additional support
- Coordinate completion of cross-training through communication and scheduling with designated trainees
- Provide subject matter expertise to support continuous improvement projects
- Support leads and supervisors in diagnosing and improving team member performance
- Conduct continued training for new employees after introductory training is completed
- Contribute to department workflow while performing critical front-line work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma / GED required
- Must have Pharmacy Technician experience
- Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate
- Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in the state residing and obtain the New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license within 6-months of hire
- Flexibility to adapt schedule as needed, including evenings or weekends
- Ability to perform in an office based (or remote) setting requiring sitting at a desk 90% of the time
- Ability to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis
