About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security
Implement new features and enhancements in a well-tested, maintainable, and efficient way
Collaborate with Product managers and UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces
Review, analyze, and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, driving resolution of issues and bugs
Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations
Provide technical leadership to the engineering team by guiding design discussions, performing code reviews, and supporting continuous improvement
Participate in task estimation, prioritization, and planning in alignment with engineering processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive professional expertise in Python/Node.js and proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js)
Background job processing: queues, retries, idempotent jobs, handling a worker that fails mid-task
Hands-on knowledge of cloud services (preferably AWS) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience in contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration
At least one project using LLM APIs with tool calling and streaming; a simple chat interface on top of an API isn’t enough
At least one product built from scratch and maintained in production for a year or more
Upper-Intermediate English
Experience with Temporal, Inngest or another durable execution tool is nice to have
Experience with OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse or other tools for storing large volumes of logs and traces is nice to have
Experience building MCP servers or clients is nice to have
Experience with LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK or Claude Agent SDK is nice to have
Knowledge of protection against prompt injection and sandboxing tool execution is nice to have
