About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and expand relationships with key large partners
- Drive significant sales growth
- Craft sales strategies and ensure a consistent, tailored approach to partner management
- Work closely with senior leadership of Exclusive North America and other global geographies as needed
- Provide insights into market trends and partner needs
- Shape the company's sales and partnership strategies
- Design and implement sales strategies for large national partners
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, direct selling, and leveraging regional teams
- Act as the main point of contact for the company's largest strategic partners
- Manage complex relationships across different functions
- Build executive-level relationships with assigned partners
- Analyze market trends, partner industries, and competitive landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans
- Serve as a sales leader within the North American Sales department
- Report to the Regional Sales Director
- Track products sold by partner, “Go Get” partners signed, pipeline built, and margin quota achievement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in complex sales or account management, with a demonstrated track record of managing large partner relationships
- Strong understanding of the dynamics and the US IT distribution market
- Strong relationships with large national and regional cybersecurity VARs and System Integrators
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team development experience
- Ability to mentor and guide regional sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, or a related field
- Must be legally able to work in the USA
