Key responsibilities & impact- Support local Services Engineers on strategic opportunities and customer engagements
- Provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, assessments and proof-of-concept activities
- Support large-scale implementations and customer transformation initiatives
- Develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges
- Provide technical leadership and support the scaling of professional services capabilities across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong consulting and technical services background across enterprise environments
- Experience across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements
- Solution design, architecture and implementation experience
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Ability to support complex enterprise environments and transformation projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics clearly
- Proven ability to work across multiple countries and cross-functional teams in a regional environment
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and customer focus
- Ability to develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in the relevant local language is required depending on the location of application: Polish, Czech, Romanian, Slovak or Slovenian
