About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a network security solutions advisor
Provide presales support to Sales teams and partners
Respond to questions and inquiries
Provide product and technology demos
Conduct competitive analysis
Develop networking and security designs and specifications
Develop and conduct product updates, short-course trainings, and webinars
Conduct discovery and scoping calls for Professional Services projects
Provide technical expertise and support to team members
Initiate and manage the lifecycle of vendor solution Proofs of Concept
Perform other technical duties as necessary
Report to the Manager, Solutions Engineer

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience
1+ year of Firewall, switches, WiFi, Endpoint security industry knowledge
Multitasking and motivation to learn new skills and take on new challenges
Excellent communication skills within a team and across teams
Ensure service SLA is within 30 minutes
Maintain 6+ vendor product technical certifications
Must be legally able to work in the USA
Occasional business travel may be required
