About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise on network security solutions
Provide pre-sales support to Sales teams and partners
Respond to questions and inquiries
Provide product and technology demos
Conduct competitive analysis
Create networking and security designs and specifications
Develop and conduct product updates, short-course trainings, and webinars
Conduct discovery and scoping calls for Professional Services Projects
Provide technical expertise and support to team members
Initiate and manage the lifecycle of vendor solution Proofs of Concept
Perform other technical duties as necessary
Report to the Manager, Solutions Engineer

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience
1+ year of Firewall, switches, WiFi, Endpoint security industry knowledge
Multitasking and motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenge
Excellent communication skills within a team and across teams
Ensure service SLA is within 30 mins
Maintain 6+ vendors products technical certifications
Must be legally able to work in the USA
Ability to travel occasionally for business
