About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accelerate sales growth and profitability across assigned vendor relationships
  • Drive execution, strengthen alignment with vendor sales teams, and expand the partner base
  • Understand vendor technology portfolios and positioning to drive complementary solutions
  • Promote vendor solutions and articulate the Exclusive Networks message
  • Achieve individual and team targets against agreed profit and revenue requirements
  • Act as key contact for assigned vendors across channel, distribution, maintenance and support, product, and sales teams
  • Assist with team training and enablement and maintain accreditations
  • Facilitate periodic vendor business reviews focused on partner performance, execution gaps, and growth actions
  • Own partner onboarding to enable, train, and activate new partners
  • Conduct structured partner account planning around revenue goals, pipeline targets, enablement gaps, joint selling, and quarterly priorities
  • Coordinate technical and sales training, certifications, and readiness programs
  • Develop multi-quarter partner growth strategies
  • Coach partners through sales motions, deal registration, quoting, and vendor programs
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to activate partners, convert pipeline, and progress partners to higher production tiers
  • Report to a Vendor Sales senior director
  • Earn commission based on quota attainment for assigned vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or channel/vendor management
  • Strong understanding of IT distribution, vendor ecosystems, and partner sales models
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across vendor and partner sales teams
  • Experience onboarding new partners or customers and accelerating their time-to-first-transaction and time-to-revenue
  • Strong enablement capability with a track record of improving partner productivity through training, account planning, and ongoing development
  • Proven ability to drive long-term revenue growth through structured partner engagement, not just vendor alignment
  • Results-driven, with the ability to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
  • Travel will be required, up to 30%
