About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the technology and industrial value chain for the Test & Measurement division.
- Oversee the global R&D organization.
- Oversee global manufacturing operations, including sourcing, industrialization, and distribution centers.
- Oversee global customer service.
- Transform and accelerate end-to-end processes related to innovation, production launch, capacity expansion, and operational excellence.
- Lead and develop global R&D teams for hardware and software solutions.
- Strengthen governance, deliverable predictability, and PMO capabilities.
- Accelerate the development and go-to-market launch of new platforms, products, and solutions.
- Continue the software transformation toward cloud, SaaS, and software platforms, in collaboration with the CTO.
- Modernize development practices by strengthening DevOps, automation, software quality, technical debt reduction, and reuse across business units.
- Lead global manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution operations.
- Ensure operational capacity supports product growth and evolution.
- Improve operational costs, quality, lead times, and efficiency.
- Strengthen supply chain resilience and support operational transformations.
- Accelerate new product introduction and promote continuous improvement.
- Establish operational continuity by fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, ownership, and executional excellence.
- Align technological innovation with execution realities and operational scaling requirements.
- Implement common performance indicators across functions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant executive experience leading large, multisite organizations.
- Extensive experience in complex global manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience with transformations involving cloud, SaaS, software platforms, or hybrid hardware/software ecosystems.
- Experience in technology companies that must balance rapid innovation with operational rigor.
- Deep understanding of technological scalability, industrial execution, and organizational transformation challenges.
- Strategic technology vision.
- Ability to understand evolving technology markets and align organizations accordingly.
- Strong prioritization, governance, operational cadence, and results accountability capabilities.
- Deep understanding of large-scale manufacturing, industrial, and supply chain operations.
- Ability to mobilize technical, operational, and industrial teams with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Ability to modernize organizations without compromising operational stability.
