About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the day-to-day commercial performance of an assigned portfolio of hotel partners, including rate and inventory access, production, and account health
  • Monitor performance against goals, identify risks and opportunities, and translate data into recommendations through regular partner reviews
  • Build trusted relationships with senior partner contacts through communication, follow-through, and business reviews
  • Coordinate with Market Management, Connectivity, Analytics, and internal partner teams to resolve issues, implement account plans, escalate concerns, and unlock opportunities
  • Support contract renewals, complex commercial agreements, and new partner onboarding
  • Ensure rate, inventory, and content are set up correctly
  • Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reporting
  • Build expertise in Expedia Group tools and commercial levers
  • Partner with Senior Account Managers on complex negotiations and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a commercial, account management, customer success, or partner-facing role
  • Hospitality or travel technology experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working with data, building simple reports, identifying trends, and explaining findings for partner performance
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and competing priorities with moderate oversight
  • Eager to develop negotiation and deal-structuring skills
  • Growth mindset toward greater account responsibility
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with customer relationship management or reporting tools
  • Must satisfy employment authorization requirements verified through E-Verify
