About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with outsourced partners
  • Administer communication frameworks across diverse internal and external groups
  • Serve as a contractual expert for internal and external business stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support regarding contractual terms and conditions
  • Negotiate contractual changes in support of the business
  • Act as the primary escalation point for vendor performance and contract compliance
  • Identify vendor relationship risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Encourage innovative practices and continuous improvement among vendors
  • Partner with Legal and Procurement on contract negotiations
  • Optimize the vendor footprint and outsourcing spend
  • Facilitate discussions and resolve disputes, performance challenges, and contract-affecting situations
  • Develop policies and procedures for vendor and supplier relationship governance
  • Produce content requirements, facilitate executive performance reviews, and manage action items
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate Partner Business Reviews
  • Drive consistent messaging and strategy to outsourced partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative work with suppliers and internal functions
  • Ability to understand impacts on customer experience
  • Ability to identify and communicate key messages
  • Numeracy and ability to size and prioritize opportunities
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • MBA or equivalent desired
  • Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills internally and externally
  • Understanding of global Contact Center outsourcing partners, including capabilities, footprint, pricing models, and regional needs
  • Skills in vendor management, contract compliance, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, procurement, and supplier governance
