About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage the day-to-day operational health of assigned insurance supply partner relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters and issue resolution
  • Lead preparation and facilitation of weekly partner calls, MBRs, and QBRs
  • Synthesize operational updates, performance insights, and action items for stakeholders
  • Oversee financial reconciliation involving booking data, supplier payments, and invoice management
  • Identify discrepancies and drive resolution with Accounting and Finance teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, connectivity, and compliance issues
  • Coordinate across supply, product, technology, and customer service teams
  • Monitor and analyze NPS, attach rates, claims, profitability, and other performance metrics
  • Translate findings into recommendations and action plans
  • Drive process improvement, including SOPs, SLAs, and supplier performance dashboards
  • Support automation and scalability initiatives
  • Liaise between field operations and leadership
  • Flag risks and summarize cross-team updates
  • Assist with licensing, reporting, and compliance requirements across global markets
  • Analyze large datasets to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Structured and consistent operator who brings clarity and process discipline to complex, ambiguous situations
  • Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • Effective communicator and relationship builder comfortable engaging directly with external supply partners
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating independently in high-pressure situations and navigating ambiguity
  • Collaborative team player able to build cross-functional relationships in a matrixed organization
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, account management, program management, or an analyst role
  • Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with relational databases and data visualization/reporting tools such as Tableau
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Additional language skills are a plus
