  • Support leaders in navigating transformation and embedding sustainable changes
  • Use organisational insights, employee feedback and people data to improve performance and effectiveness
  • Create an engaged, empowered and connected employee environment
  • Translate engagement survey insights into measurable action plans
  • Coach leaders on building a positive, high-performing culture
  • Support communication and employee involvement during organisational change
  • Drive initiatives supporting connection, inclusion, wellbeing and retention across dispersed teams
  • Advise and coach senior leaders and people managers
  • Identify and develop critical skills and capabilities for the transformation agenda
  • Support capability frameworks, talent development and succession planning
  • Drive effective performance management practices
  • Build high-performing teams through coaching, talent identification and development interventions
  • Build relationships with business leaders and develop aligned people plans
  • Provide advice on employee relations, performance, organisational change and people management
  • Partner with HR Operations and specialist People teams on HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle activities
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labour law and local regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to global People initiatives and continuous improvement of the HR operating model

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum five years' progressive HR experience, including at least three years in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within an international, matrixed organisation
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to support organisational transformation, change management and business performance
  • Strong understanding of organisation design, organisational effectiveness and workforce capability planning
  • Demonstrable experience translating employee engagement insights into practical initiatives that strengthen culture and performance
  • Experience supporting technology, digital, product or other evolving business functions would be highly advantageous
  • Sound understanding of Dutch employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different levels and cultures
