About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and run Expereo’s digital surfaces for customers and commercial and service operations teams, including React front ends, service layers, and integrations.
- Deliver features for the expereoOneNext platform from user discovery through production release.
- Own React and TypeScript front ends, including component structure, state management, data fetching, caching, and performance.
- Translate commercial and operations requirements into production-quality user experiences.
- Maintain shared components, consistent patterns, and a coherent design language.
- Implement REST or GraphQL service layers using contract-first OpenAPI specifications.
- Build and maintain Salesforce and core-system integrations.
- Implement authentication and authorization, and maintain versioned, backward-compatible interfaces.
- Read and work at C#/.NET integration points.
- Configure, deploy, observe, and operate owned surfaces on AWS with DevOps engineers.
- Use feature flags, write tests, and drive automated CI quality gates.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues affecting order and activation flows.
- Maintain API specifications, architecture decision records, and integration guides.
- Collaborate with product owners, quote management, service operations, architects, and engineering teams.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint reviews, technical decisions, code reviews, and onboarding.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five plus years of professional software engineering, with production React and TypeScript front ends as your core stack.
- Node.js and TypeScript services in production.
- REST and/or GraphQL APIs implemented and consumed in production, with contract-first OpenAPI as a working method.
- Experience configuring, deploying, observing, and operating work on a managed cloud, with CI/CD.
- Software engineering discipline including testing, code review, Git, feature flags, and reproducible builds.
- Ability to work in a mixed-language environment and read, understand, and be willing to write C#/.NET at integration points.
- Integration experience with Salesforce, including data models and APIs.
- Practical AWS experience, including Amplify, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, or equivalent.
- Practical OAuth2 and OIDC experience, including scope models and token lifecycle.
- C#/.NET backend exposure.
- Event-driven or asynchronous integration experience with queues, SQS, EventBridge, Kafka, or similar.
- Front-end architecture experience beyond a single application, such as micro front ends or module federation.
- Experience with DDD, CQS, event-driven architectural patterns, C4 diagrams, ADRs, integration guides, or internal tools for sales, quoting, or order management teams is welcome but not required.
- Connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, or network platform domain background is useful but not required.
