About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer inbound calls from members about Health Savings Accounts, including balances, contributions, transactions, eligible expenses, and card questions
- Help members with Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Commuter Benefits, and COBRA
- Support members through phone, live chat, and email
- Make follow-up calls and callbacks to resolve open questions
- Guide members through online account tools and self-service options
- Document every interaction accurately in company systems
- Protect members’ personal and financial information with strict confidentiality
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to attend 3 weeks of in-person training at the Erie, PA office
- Customer service, call center, retail, banking, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple programs at once
- Clear, professional phone voice and strong listening skills
- Patient, empathetic, and dependable
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Must work full-time, Monday through Friday
